We conduct a comprehensive assessment and history taking to understand your needs, followed by a physical and functional assessment to identify goals. Based on your unique profile, we develop a tailored program plan and provide follow-along exercise demonstrations in person. Private health accepted under the Extra's category for Exercise Physiology. Medicare rebates accepted with a valid GP referral provided in advance.
