Supporting Your Patients

At Aegis Exercise Physiology, we make the referral process simple. We work closely with GPs, specialists, LACs, support coordinators, case managers, and rehabilitation providers to deliver timely, evidence-based exercise physiology services for your patients.

We accept referrals for NDIS, WorkCover, CTP, Medicare (EPC), DVA, Private Health, and self-funded clients.

Who We See

We specialise in working with patients who have:

  • Chronic pain and persistent musculoskeletal conditions

  • Post-surgical and injury rehabilitation needs

  • Neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, MS, Parkinson's)

  • Aged care and falls prevention needs

  • Mental health conditions where exercise is a therapeutic tool

We also proudly support CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) communities — our practitioner speaks Mandarin and Cantonese, making us one of the few EP providers in Western Sydney able to deliver care in language for Chinese-speaking patients.

Where We See Patients

Our main clinic is located on the Olympic Park/Lidcombe border, with a service area spanning Blacktown to Burwood and everything in between.

We also offer mobile services — attending patients at home, local gyms, workplaces, and community settings. If you're unsure whether we cover your patient's location, just ask.

What Happens After You Refer

We know your patients need timely care. Here's what to expect:

  1. You send us the referral — takes 2 minutes (see below)

  2. We contact your patient within 24–48 hours

  3. In 90% of cases, we schedule the first appointment within the same week

There's no chasing required on your end. If you want to discuss a patient before referring, we're happy to take or make a call.

How to Refer

The easiest way to refer is by email. Simply send us:

  • Patient name and contact number

  • Funding type (NDIS, WorkCover, Medicare, etc.)

  • Brief reason for referral / relevant history

  • Any relevant reports or referral documents
